Consumer unit replacement.
Today we carried out an EICR for a private customer.
They were looking to sell their property and the electris had been flagged by the surveyor.
As well as having no RCD protection, more worringly the EICR showed that the property had no main equipotential bonding, and 130V present on the metal light switches.
Work will commence asap to fix this.
